I was invited to provide some coaching to several executives from tech/entertainment companies when their employers downsized. I was utilizing a consistent process and tools, so that became a workbook and a project on GitHub. I also provide career advice to underserved youth through Candoor. The personal touch of empathy and emotional support are just as important with both types of career moves.

One was based on the fact that I was providing a great deal of advice to entrepreneurs on how to leverage affordable talent - based on my experience hiring contractors as I bootstrapped my own companies.
